A Shopper’s Guide to the 5 Best Boutiques in Denver

We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.

Inventory Curation: We evaluated how each store selects its merchandise, prioritizing shops that source unique, independent, or hand-picked items. This ensures you find distinct pieces rather than mass-produced garments.

Shopping Experience: The atmosphere and customer service approach within the store played a huge role in our rankings. We looked for welcoming environments that offer styling assistance without feeling overly pushy.

Price Accessibility: A great wardrobe update should not always require draining your savings account. We examined the average cost of items to highlight options that cater to both budget-conscious buyers and luxury seekers.

Return Policies: Knowing you can return a piece if it doesn't fit is crucial for a stress-free purchase. We scrutinized each shop's return window and refund methods for both in-store and online shoppers.

Denver’s style scene has moved way past fleece jackets and hiking boots. The city is full of independent boutiques perfect for trendsetters, thoughtful shoppers, and anyone looking to add personality to their wardrobe.

With so many hidden gems scattered across different neighborhoods, finding the perfect spot for a wardrobe refresh can feel like a mini adventure. Luckily, shopping is one of my favorite things to do!

So, I hit the streets to track down the best boutiques in Denver. Here are the standout local storefronts where you can score your next favorite outfit without dealing with the exhausting big-box retail hassle.

1. Ruby Jane Boutique – Denver Highlands

ruby-jane-boutique-denver-highlands

Website: https://rubyjane.com/
Address: 3616 W 32nd Ave
Contact: 720-855-7067
Hours: Monday to Saturday 10:00AM-7:00PM | Sunday 10:00AM-5:00PM

Walking into Ruby Jane Boutique feels like a breath of fresh air. This is largely because the founder’s background as a jewelry designer heavily influences the artistic, nature-inspired lifestyle curation of the entire space.

With over 15 years in the retail industry, Ruby Jane specifically champions independent artists rather than stocking mass-produced pieces. This gives their inventory a distinctly bohemian and exclusive edge.

They even operate multiple locations across Colorado, making their holistic aesthetic highly accessible.

I appreciate that they offer a generous 30-day return window for online orders, which takes the pressure off digital shopping.

A major drawback, though, is their incredibly tight seven-day return window for in-store purchases if you want a full refund. You have to be absolutely certain about your purchase almost immediately if you buy in person.

Pros

  • 30-day return window for online orders
  • Nationwide shipping available
  • Immediate online order processing
  • Convenient in-store returns for web orders

Cons

  • 7-day refund window for in-store purchases
  • Customer covers return shipping costs

Such a cute boutique! TONS of clothes with all different price points. I got two dresses for less than $50 each and my mom found some cute, local jewelry as well. Definitely worth the visit and will most definitely be back!

Love this boutique. It’s pretty sizable for Denver boutique standards and has something for everyone from shoes & clothes to jewelry at multiple price points. Every time that I’ve stopped by, I’ve had nothing less than excellent customer service from the gals working in there.

2. Gracie’s Boutique

gracie-s-boutique

Website: https://graciesonsouthpearl.com/
Address: 1511 S. Pearl St
Contact: 720-271-8855
Hours: Monday to Wednesday 10:00AM-6:00PM | Thursday to Saturday 10:00AM-7:00PM | Sunday 11:00AM-4:00PM

Finding a reliable spot that balances classic and edgy aesthetics can be tough, but this South Pearl staple pulls it off by hand-picking their inventory directly from Los Angeles.

Established in 2011, Gracie’s focuses on empowering women through confident styling. They even offer private shopping events that you can book directly with the owner.

I actually attended one of these exclusive sip-and-shop parties last month with a few girlfriends, and the personalized attention from their in-store professional stylists made finding the perfect wedding guest dress effortless.

They carry an impressive variety of dresses and accessories for nearly any occasion.

The main catch is that some of their specialty formal wear gets quite pricey. Some full-length gowns reach up to $300, which might stretch a casual shopping budget.

Pros

  • Professional in-store stylists available
  • Wide range of occasion wear
  • Direct contact with the founder
  • Extensive selection of dresses

Cons

  • High prices on specialty formal wear
  • Exclusively carries women’s apparel

I have been going to Gracies’s for years.  This is my favorite boutique!  It’s my go-to whenever I need a little retail therapy pick-me-up. Susan, the shop owner is always so welcoming and fun – and her clothing selection is amazing!! But beyond that, Susan really takes the time to get to know her clients – she is way more than an attentive shop owner, she treats you like family!

Fantastic boutique, especially when they have their annual 75% off sale like they did today. Adorable clothes and the staff rock! Lovely young lady today helped pick out items I wouldn’t think would look good on me but she knew best and selected a few items that have now become my new favorites! Keep up the good work oh and love the champagne too!

3. Stitch Boutique of Denver

Website: https://www.stitchboutique.net/
Address: 4500 W 38th Ave #100
Contact: 720-601-4682
Hours: Monday to Saturday 11:00AM-5:00PM | Sunday 11:00AM-4:00PM

Revamping a tired wardrobe requires an expert eye, and this shop delivers exactly that. Stitch Boutique of Denver takes personalized fashion a step further by offering in-home closet clean-out services and dedicated styling appointments.

The boutique curates bold, chic clothing that leans into edgy sophistication, deliberately avoiding conservative staples.

They even carve out rompers and jumpsuits as a distinct core category. This is perfect for throwing on after a morning session at your favorite local pilates studios

The centralized Highlands location is super convenient, and they provide accessible daily customer support via phone and chat.

The downside is their limited operating hours. Closing at 5:00 PM most days makes it incredibly difficult to drop by for a browsing session if you work standard office hours.

Pros

  • Daily live phone and chat support
  • Relaxed and hassle-free return policy
  • Accepts modern digital payment methods
  • Central and accessible urban location

Cons

  • Closes early at 5:00 PM most days
  • Live support limited to midday hours

Customer Reviews

After several friends recommended this boutique, I had to check it out! It is very well stocked with fun, unique, and stylish items that you won’t find in other stores. I arrived super close to closing time (my fault) and the owner was super kind and helpful.  I am heading on a trip this summer and need some cute outfits, I will be headed back to get a few things. Don’t hesitate to try them out, many items are affordable and fun.

Great, great boutique that’s filled with beautifully, carefully, selected pieces of clothing. I was in today shopping for my upcoming vacation and WOW, it had everything I didn’t know I was looking for but absolutely wanted! Cami’s, shorts, jeans, dresses of all lengths, casual and dressy outfits…I found everything here! Absolutely go, shop and feel joy in finding something that makes you feel beautiful.

4. Inspyre Boutique

inspyre-boutique

Website: https://inspyreboutique.com/
Address: 4170 Tennyson St #4
Contact: 303-718-2645
Hours: Monday to Saturday 10:00AM-8:00PM | Sunday 10:00AM-6:00PM

Keeping your closet updated without overspending is a breeze at Inspyre Boutique. They operate on a strict pricing cap, guaranteeing that every single item in the store costs under $100.

Beyond affordability, Inspyre offers free private sessions in their luxurious styling studio, where experts help integrate new pieces with clothes you already own.

When I booked a one-on-one appointment to find outfits for a weekend trip, the stylist completely transformed how I viewed my existing wardrobe. The complimentary mocktail was also a brilliant touch.

While the luxe fitting environment is fantastic, you should know that they strictly refuse cash or credit refunds for in-store purchases. They only offer store credit if you change your mind.

Pros

  • Full refunds for shipped online orders
  • Convenient in-store pickup option
  • Dedicated and luxurious fitting environment
  • Early access to the newest arrivals

Cons

  • No cash refunds for in-store purchases
  • 3-day window to report damaged items

Customer Reviews

This boutique is absolutely beautiful and prices are much more friendly than most boutiques. The selection is amazing in itself, but what really stands out is the staff. I had the pleasure of being helped today by Steven and Molly and they are absolute gems of human beings. They helped me put outfits together and pulled items to try on that I wouldn’t think to try otherwise- and I wound up buying pretty much all their suggestions! They’re both just so amazing and again, this place just rocks pricing and fashion wise.

I highly highly recommend this boutique. Such an amazing shopping experience with incredibly friendly and helpful staff! One of the staff members Molly was amazing! Molly went above and beyond to not only help me find pieces that I love but also took the time to help me style the clothes. She was so kind and uplifting. I will definitely be back!

5. Coco + Grace

coco-grace

Website: https://cocoandgrace.shop/

Address: 1436 Larimer St
Contact: 303-698-2323 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday to Saturday 10:00AM–7:00PM | Sunday 12:00PM–5:00PM

Securing chic, effortless staples is the main priority at this award-winning Larimer Square destination. Even better, the average item price sits comfortably under $130.

Coco + Grace has earned its strong reputation (including a seven-year winning streak for a local magazine’s top retail award) by catering inclusively to women of all ages.

They carry everything from versatile occasion dresses to a fantastic collection of vintage-inspired graphic tees.

To ensure their racks always feel fresh and exclusive, the owners personally travel to Los Angeles every seven weeks to hand-pick new inventory.

That said, popular sizes and styles sell out quickly and are rarely restocked. If you spot a piece you love, you have to buy it immediately before it disappears for good.

Pros

  • Inclusive shopping for all ages
  • Versatile options for various occasions
  • Robust selection of graphic tees
  • Highly accessible customer support channels

Cons

  • Strictly carries women’s apparel only
  • Fast inventory cycling limits restocks
