Website: https://www.chefroilty.com/

Address: 600 17th St Suite 2803J, Denver, CO 80202

Contact: (303) 681-5063; [email protected]

Hours: Available 24/7

Dine with Roilty brings a full-scale, mobile fine dining sanctuary directly into your home, specializing in lab-tested cannabis infusions and unique terpene education. Instead of simply eating, you learn exactly how specific scents and flavors interact with the body throughout a sophisticated, multi-course feast.

I hired them for a private anniversary dinner last year, and the hyper-personalized menu completely blew my mind. The chef customized every single bite to match our palates and left the kitchen completely spotless before stepping out for the night.

While this boutique approach provides ultimate privacy, it heavily relies on your available venue. You must provide a private, legal space or a cannabis-friendly rental to host the dinner, meaning you cannot spontaneously drop in for a quick bite on a Friday night.

Pros

  • Hyper-personalized menus tailored to your palate
  • Ensures complete privacy away from noisy crowds
  • Includes professional post-meal kitchen cleanup
  • Offers educational culinary infusion classes

Cons

  • Requires the customer to provide a cannabis-friendly private space

We had Chef Roilty cook for us for my husbands 40th birthday. It was an experience we will never forget. Chef Roilty and his team are talented and professional. We chose an infusion experience and it was tailored to each of our tolerances to ensure a relaxed happy experience without being too much! We would recommend Chef Roilty to any with or without the infusion element. The food alone is worth it!

Took a road trip to Colorado to enjoy the state and national parks but while my wife and were in Denver we decided to do something special and hire a private chef to come to our Vrbo for a meal. Extremely glad we did and after that experience I kind of want to make it a normal thing on road trips. Food was excellent along with the vibe they brought. I’d highly recommend giving it a try at least once in your life and if you pick Chef Roilly as your first you won’t be disappointed

Hours: Available 24/7

Another private chef, Chef Ian Voakes draws upon his background as the former executive chef of TAG to deliver meals tailored to your dietary requirements. He handles the entire hospitality lifecycle, managing the elegant table service and thorough post-meal cleanup so the host never lifts a finger.

This approach guarantees an exquisite, farm-to-table feast showcasing seasonal Front Range ingredients at their absolute peak. Guests enjoy a completely hands-off evening filled with vibrant flavors, entirely avoiding the parking nightmares and loud crowds typical of downtown culinary hot spots.

However, securing these luxury services requires advanced planning and logistical coordination. Because pricing is entirely customized based on your specific requests, you will not find instant menu rates online, forcing you to undergo a formal inquiry process before locking in a budget.

Pros

  • Executive-level technical kitchen expertise
  • Ingredients sourced from seasonal Front Range local farms
  • Completely customized multi-course menus
  • Travels across a wide regional geographic radius

Cons

  • Customer must provide a functional dining space
  • Lacks transparent instant pricing online

Ian was fabulous, very responsive and a skilled chef! My husband and I were staying at an air bnb and I wanted a chef to prepare a 3 course meal at our cabin for dinner. He worked with us on a perfect menu to meet all of our likes and the food was delicious. We highly recommend him and will definitely book him again when we return! We are big foodies and enjoy fine dining restaurants and he did not disappoint.

Chef Ian provided a care free, flavorful dinner for my wife and I as we celebrated her birthday and our first little getaway as a family of three. His expertise and precise planning were apparent throughout the entire meal. Every plate was excellent. We loved being able to experience such a high level of execution in the comfort of our Airbnb. Sad it was over so quickly!

Monday to Thursday: 6:30 AM – 11:00 PM

Friday to Saturday: 6:30 AM – 1:00 AM

Sunday: 6:30 AM – 11:00 PM

EDGE Restaurant & Bar anchors its menu around a custom-designed wood-fired grill, using local timber to impart a rich, smoky flavor profile into prime steaks and fresh seafood. As part of the prestigious Four Seasons property, they run a locally sourced dry-aging program featuring Colorado-raised beef.

I recently celebrated a major promotion here, completely mesmerized by the glass-walled kitchen that lets you watch the culinary intensity unfold in real-time. Paired with a bold red from their massive wine collection, the bison tartare tasted phenomenal!

While the chic atmosphere feels electric, the integrated bar areas generate quite a bit of ambient noise. If you want a hushed corner for an intimate conversation, the loud environment might feel a bit too overwhelming.

Pros

  • Custom wood-fired grill imparts smoky flavors
  • Close to the Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA)
  • Polished hospitality standards from the Four Seasons
  • Massive collection of over 750 wine labels

Cons

  • High noise levels in the integrated bar areas
  • Premium signature steaks carry a hefty price tag

I dined to Edge a few times now. The 1st time was for my birthday, the server made sure I was having a wonderful time for my special event. The service has always been impeccable from the server assistant who call you by your last name, the friendly and knowledgeable server to the manager who checks on you and welcomes you back. Working in and being passionate about hospitality, it is the place I love to spend my dining experience at. Every experience I had was unique and delicious!

We went during the holiday break, so expected it to be quite busy.it indeed was we still got sat and served pretty fast. I was really happy with the steak it was way better than I expected as they dry it in house.it was really good and flavorful. I definitely would recommend edge steakhouse to anybody in Denver.

Address: 1801 California St, Denver, CO 80202

Contact: (303) 293-8500

Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Friday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Saturday to Sunday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Guard and Grace captivates guests with an aviation-inspired design featuring a towering copper rod ceiling. They have a distinguished menu that includes a side-by-side filet flight sampling of prime and grass-fed wagyu beef.

Chef Troy Guard infuses his Hawaiian roots into the concept, heavily featuring a massive raw bar and towering seafood platters.

Diners continuously rave about the live oak-fired grill that imparts a beautiful char onto premium Angus cuts and signature vegetable sides.

Despite the visually breathtaking aesthetic, the vast open-concept architecture heavily amplifies ambient sound. The resulting social atmosphere creates elevated noise levels, frustrating diners who prefer a calm setting.

Pros

  • Serves elite Creekstone Farms premium Angus beef
  • Innovative chef-driven sides like truffle gnocchi
  • Stunning, light-filled modern aviation design
  • Prime downtown location for high-stakes business dinners

Cons

  • Vast open-concept architecture amplifies room noise
  • Service consistency occasionally fluctuates during peak hours

So delicious, I enjoyed a quick but bountiful dinner at the bar. Pro tip: you can order a half size of any sides including the gnocchi. 4 oz NY strip was delish and so well priced. And such a yummy dirty vodka martini. Highly recommend!

We celebrated our anniversary at Guard and Grace and had an absolutely incredible experience. We had the artisan cheese tasting appetizer, which was fun and delicious. The New York strip was tender and juicy. The gnocchi were our favorite: rich, comforting, cheesy and incredibly soft. The Brussels sprouts were well seasoned and crispy. The atmosphere felt upbeat and modern, and the service made our anniversary feel genuinely celebrated. It was a memorable night, and a place we cannot wait to return to.

5. Ocean Prime

Monday to Saturday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Sunday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Ocean Prime sets itself apart with smoking presentations using dry ice in signature cocktails. Plus, the entirely scratch-made menu offers incredible variety, easily accommodating cravings for hand-rolled sushi and perfectly cooked steaks.

Located within the stunning Larimer Square, they operate on a genuine hospitality model where VIP treatment comes standard, ensuring guests feel warmly welcomed rather than intimidated by the upscale environment.

However, a meal here costs a pretty penny, as expected from a fine dining restaurant.

Pros

  • Dramatic smoking shellfish and cocktail presentations
  • Picturesque location overlooking historic Larimer Square
  • Expansive scratch-made menu includes fresh sushi
  • Features five distinct private event dining spaces

Cons

  • Premium pricing
  • High-energy ambiance disrupts quiet, hushed conversations

Great, consistent seafood and steak restaurant. Tuna nigiri buttery and fresh tasting. Snapper portion was large and tasted great. Dirty martinis were well balanced. Minor complaints on the Alaskan king crab dish— the included sides of potato and asparagus were small & the crab was in several smaller pieces and I would have preferred larger legs. Service was efficient and not overbearing. Location is good in Larimer Square.

astounding service and amazing food. I was worried because I was coming in alone to sit at the bar but the staff made me so comfortable. Specifically Derin behind the bar, she is thoughtful and welcoming. She is the definition of a fine dining level bartender! Some others that helped me were TJ, behind the bar, and Shannon the server. They have a killer team here. Clearly they know how to hire people here!
