1. Kids Mile High Pediatric Dentistry – Central Park

Website: https://www.kidsmilehigh.com/
Address: 2373 Central Park Blvd #305
Contact: (303) 399-5437 | [email protected]
Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Kids Mile High Pediatric Dentistry takes the fear out of checkups with a special technique called Tell, Show, Do. In other words, they carefully explain and demonstrate every tool to help eliminate your child’s dental jitters.
Unlike a general family clinic, the doctors here are specifically trained to handle the behavioral needs of growing children.
They prioritize safety by using BPA-free dental materials, ensuring that developing smiles are protected without introducing any unwanted chemicals into their systems.
I spoke directly with a fellow parent who loved how the in-office putting green and massive fish tank kept her toddler completely distracted during a recent cleaning.
However, because they work at each child’s individual pace to manage antsy behavior, you should expect appointment lengths to vary. Your time in the office will often depend on your child’s level of cooperation on that day.
Customer Reviews:
Dr. Roger and all the nurses and staff are amazing!
Dr. Roger and all the nurses and staff are amazing! They are sweet, professional, patient and very communicative. My daughter has no fear coming here; it’s clean, and kid friendly. She had to go under anesthesia to get a filling done and they were phenomenal. Dr. Roger kept checking in with me, letting me know what was going on, and her recovery had been smooth. She was back to herself a few hours later.

- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Walking into A Wild Smile Pediatric Dentistry feels less like a medical visit and more like an interactive adventure. Kids get to embark on a fun safari journey, earning passport stamps at stations like Hygiene Falls.
The fully decorated rainforest environment even comes complete with a walk-in tree and animal figures. This setting works brilliantly to capture a child’s imagination and help them overcome any clinical anxiety.
The staff includes doctors with experience in Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. This provides a great level of expertise for treating children with specific behavioral needs.
They also embrace a whole-child philosophy that focuses on educating both parents and children together about oral hygiene.
While this child-led pacing helps build essential trust, it means appointment durations can be quite unpredictable. The time you spend there will often depend on your child’s comfort level during the visit.

10/10 recommend!
My children have been going to A Wild Smile for five years now-maybe longer! We wouldn’t go anywhere else! We live in Salida, but it is worth the drive. The kids get excited to play games in the waiting room, and the back area is a fun jungle theme that puts my nervous kids at ease! We’ve switched insurances through the years as well, and their staff has always been able to work with us and make things as seamless as possible. 10/10 recommend!

3. Northfield Pediatric Dentistry

Website: https://northfieldpedsdentistry.com/
Address: 5665 Beeler Street, Suite #140
Contact: (720) 577-2844 | [email protected]
Hours:
- Monday – Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
For children who easily get overstimulated, Northfield Pediatric Dentistry provides an intentionally sensory-conscious environment. They offer thoughtful features, such as dimmable lights and noise-canceling headphones, to help kids feel at ease.
Lead practitioner, Dr. Roz, elevates the standard of care as a board-certified specialist with hospital privileges at the Children’s Hospital of Colorado. This is a significant advantage for young patients who have complex dental needs.
The practice also strongly favors non-invasive treatments, using techniques such as Silver Diamine Fluoride to manage decay without immediately resorting to a drill.
I personally took my nephew here for a free comfort visit, and it was a great experience. Letting him explore the office beforehand completely changed his attitude about going to the dentist.
Just keep in mind that they only offer interceptive orthodontics to guide jaw growth. Because of this, you will likely need a referral to an outside specialist for any extensive alignment work.
Customer Reviews:
Dr Roz. did an incredible job
Dr. Roz and team have been so amazing to work with. I have 3 boys and they all get their cleaning done at the same time, which is great to get in and out so quickly. My oldest has been on a dental rollercoaster for the past year. It started when he chipped nearly his entire front adult tooth and Dr Roz. did an incredible job capping and shaping that tooth so it looks perfect. I can’t recommend this team enough.

We had a great experience
We had a great experience here for our kiddo’s first ever dentist appointment and would absolutely recommend. The office is incredibly clean but still very kid-friendly. All the staff are welcoming and kind and the care is great. We appreciated the tips and advice we received and that we didn’t feel rushed during our appointment. They definitely know how to handle kids well (even really young ones) and make parents feel comfortable as well.

4. Wash Park Pediatric Dentistry

Website: https://www.washparkpediatricdentistry.com/
Address: 1280 S Pearl St
Contact: (720) 575-8309 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wash Park Pediatric Dentistry stands out nationally by offering a dedicated sensory room. This space is specifically designed for children with sensory processing disorders and other special needs.
Their entire team has also undergone specialized training through the Star Institute. This allows them to use adapted language and play-based techniques to help even the most sensitive patients relax.
Parents who typically seek out alternative care specialists, such as a trusted naturopath, often appreciate this highly individualized, patient-centered approach to pediatric health.
Because the clinic is locally owned and operated by Dr. Patrick, your family benefits from seeing the same specialized doctor at every single visit. This helps build a great sense of trust and consistency.
On the other hand, since their facility and training are dedicated solely to patients under 18, adults cannot receive care here. This means parents will still need to maintain a separate dental provider for their own checkups.
Customer Reviews:
The best!
Highly recommend Wash Park Pediatric Dentistry. My children have been going since 1 years old and they enjoy their regular cleaning visits. Dr. Patrick and his team were extremely patient with my 5 year old, when he was nervous for a dental procedure. The best!

Contact: (303) 371-4485

- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Much like how adults might seek specialized aesthetic clinics for targeted treatments, securing a dedicated pediatric expert ensures your child receives the precise behavioral and clinical support they need.
Led by board-certified specialist Dr. Chris Roberts, Green Valley Kids Pediatric Dentistry delivers expert care tailored specifically to the needs of growing children.
The facility is fully equipped to offer advanced in-office sedation options. These include nitrous oxide and general anesthesia for high-anxiety cases, which helps make difficult visits much easier for everyone involved.
They also prioritize accessibility within the Denver community with bilingual Spanish-speaking staff to communicate effectively with a wide range of families.
One downside to consider is their age-restricted transition policy, which means your child will eventually need to find a new adult provider once they age out of the practice’s adolescent care window.
Customer Reviews:
The staff is extremely friendly and doctors are great!
I would not look for another place to try. The staff is extremely friendly and doctors are great! They really worked well with our 3 year old trying to throw hands during the dental check up lol they even have a jungle gym in the lobby for the kids while you wait !

Dr. Chris is an amazing dentist
I am so glad my family was referred here! Dr. Chris is an amazing dentist. His compassion and warmth went a long way for me and my daughter, who was in to have 4 teeth pulled. I especially appreciated how communicative Chris was about everything he was doing and I love the fact that they encourage parents to stay in the room. So much better than where we just left from! I’m never taking my kids anywhere else again!
