Best place to get metal in Colorado! Super nice family owned and operated and extremely professional! They have a drop area that is awesome! Best prices, and honestly I would pay more just because of the service you get here, extremely nice staff who are more then helpful. Co-owner Max brings over twenty years of experience and holds more than forty welding certifications, ensuring structural integrity that far exceeds basic local standards.
They seamlessly integrate digital computer-aided design drawings and 3D printing with traditional machining to speed up proof-of-concept development. Their extreme versatility allows them to handle massive hydroelectric components just as comfortably as local off-road vehicle kits.
On the downside, the shop operates with a very small team, limiting their capacity for continuous high-volume manufacturing runs. Their operating schedule also presents logistical challenges, as the facility closes on weekends and shuts down early at two in the afternoon on Fridays.
Located an old 35lb anvil which was salvaged from a barn in northern CO. Was referred to Old Sole Fabrication to mill and sand down the surface. Their knowledge and customer service was absolutely top notch! They knocked out my project super fast and did an incredible job restoring this anvil. Jacob and the team at Merritt were amazing. They quoted me a fair price for a great product. They were able to make a custom gate for my house just how I wanted and the workmanship on the stair rails is amazing. If I had more places in my house that needed railing, I wouldn’t think twice about calling. I have told many friends and family and all who have seen it have been really impressed. Merritt will not be the cheapest, but I didnt want cheap. I wanted quality and their workmanship and pride in their work shows through.
