Pregnancy is a beautiful journey, but it also brings real physical challenges as your body changes week by week. From hip pain to lower back tension, taking care of yourself quickly becomes a necessity rather than a luxury.
Fortunately, expecting mothers in Denver have access to skilled prenatal massage studios for holistic care. For example, some clinics in the Highlands focus on safe side-lying techniques that help protect sensitive joints and ligaments.
Meanwhile, several downtown spas offer specially designed belly-down bolsters that allow deeper relaxation.
With so many thoughtful options across the city, it’s easier for moms to find a calming space to rest, ease tension, and feel cared for during pregnancy.

1. Symmetry Massage

Website: https://www.symmetrymassagedenver.com
Address: 2416 W 32nd Ave
Contact: +1 720-524-3431
Hours: Monday – Sunday: 8:30 AM – 9:30 PM
Symmetry Massage treats prenatal care as part of a bigger picture for your overall well-being, not just a one-time fix.
Their therapists are trained across a wide range of modalities, which means your session isn’t a rigid routine. They listen to what hurts and work from there.
I spoke with a friend who visited during her second trimester, and she mentioned how her therapist walked her through positioning options before the session even started. That kind of attentiveness is hard to find.
Beyond prenatal massages, they also offer deep tissue, Thai yoga, Ashiatsu, and an infrared sauna. It’s easy to keep coming back postpartum for different needs!
On top of that, they also have multiple locations across Denver, Highlands, Boulder, and Golden, which adds real convenience.
Just keep in mind their cancellation policy is strict. Fees apply with little flexibility, so plan ahead.

I left feeling so relaxed and light
A family member of mine bought me a prenatal massage at Symmetry 360. It was my first time having a prenatal massage at 6 months pregnant. I’ve been having really tense shoulders, neck, & back pain. Gale did a FANTASTIC job!! I left feeling so relaxed and light. I was dosing off during my massage because I was truly at peace! Much needed & appreciated!! Gale is amazing, 10/10 recommend!! I will be booking again!

I had a wonderful experience at Symmetry 360 Highlands! I booked a 60 minute massage with Jennifer K and it was incredible. Everyone who worked there was so kind and Jennifer is so great at what she does. I am also impressed with the affordability of their memberships and will definitely be purchasing one after my experience!

2. Zen’d Out Massage Spa

Website: https://zendoutmassage.com
Address: 1143 Auraria Parkway
Contact: +1 303-345-3700 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Zen’d Out is a popular choice for couples in Denver, but their prenatal services are excellent as a standalone treatment. The private suite setup features soft lighting and calming decor, creating a relaxing retreat.
A major highlight here is their commitment to a fully hands-on, device-free approach. It’s perfect since pregnant women often find mindful, human touch more effective for relief than mechanical tools.
Therapists check in frequently regarding pressure and comfort, which is essential as your body’s sensitivity changes.
However, the premium experience comes with a higher price tag than some local competitors. The cost can be a barrier for those looking for weekly sessions during their third trimester.

Masseuses were amazing and so kind
Me and my husband got a gift card for Christmas and wanted to use it before our baby comes. I got a prenatal massage with Ni’Cole and my husband got a Swedish massage with Josh. Both masseuses were amazing and so kind, we both had such a great experience. I can’t wait to come back when I am postpartum and treat myself!

3. Renew Massage Studio

Website: https://renewmassagestudio.com
Address: 765 S University Blvd
Contact: +1 303-990-0841 / [email protected]
Hours: Monday – Sunday: 9 AM – 8 PM
Mothers who prioritize consistency often choose Renew Massage Studio. This woman-owned business has a loyal following.
One of their most appreciated policies is the full-time guarantee: your session runs the entire length of the time you booked, with no early endings for a room turnover. This ensures you get every minute of the relief you paid for.
On top of that, the studio exclusively uses organic, chemical-free products, providing peace of mind for clients cautious about what is absorbed through their skin. Their specialized menu offers options like CranioSacral Therapy and Lymph Drainage.
However, their popularity means they can be difficult to book on short notice. Plus, pricing for specialized prenatal work recently increased to around $130 an hour.

Booking were super convenient, quick, and easy
Only been in once . My therapist was Ana Maria and I couldn’t have asked for a better massage. The atmosphere and booking was also super convenient , quick and easy. I’d highly recommend this studio and will be returning again sometime soon hopefully!
I have been here twice now and both times have been outstanding
I have been here twice now and both times have been outstanding. Today I saw Opal and it was so lovely. I like a lot of pressure and often times feel like massages at chains can be a one size fits all with pressure and movement. Opal very clearly listened to my instructions and my body. Prices are also SO reasonable, but if I am being honest I would pay more for the quality of the massage! Thank you so much!
4. Elixir Mind Body Massage

Website: https://elixirmindbodymassage.com
Address: 1518 Wazee St, Suite A
Contact: +1 303-571-4455
Hours: Monday–Sunday: 10 AM–8 PM
Elixir has been part of Denver’s downtown wellness community since 2007, earning a strong reputation for combining massage therapy with relaxing heat treatments like infrared saunas.
Their prenatal massage sessions focus on safe and traditional techniques that are carefully adapted to support the needs of expecting mothers.
As for the studio, I love how it maintains a warm and inclusive environment. It can be especially reassuring during the emotional ups and downs of pregnancy.
If you plan to schedule massages regularly, they offer a monthly membership that helps lower the cost of ongoing care.
Since the studio is located in LoDo, though, it’s also worth planning ahead for travel. Parking in the area can be limited and sometimes expensive, so allowing extra time for arrival can help keep your visit relaxed.
