Landing in a new city can feel overwhelming, especially when you need accommodations that are between a brief hotel visit and signing a rigid year-long lease. Whether you’re a business traveler needing an inspiring workspace or a relocating professional waiting to finalize your permanent residence in the city, finding the right temporary home is crucial.
I found the best serviced apartments in Denver to keep you grounded during your Colorado stay. I specifically picked ones with fully equipped kitchens, dedicated living areas, and convenient services like house cleaning so your daily routine is smoother.

Sentral Union Station runs a unique Airbnb homesharing program that allows qualified residents to monetize their designer-furnished apartments while traveling. This specific setup provides an unmatched level of adaptability for professionals with completely unpredictable schedules.
During a recent walkthrough of their Lower Downtown (LoDo) building, I immediately noticed how incredibly convenient the elevator access to the ground-floor Whole Foods Market is for quick evening grocery runs.
The property leans heavily into resort-style living with a year-round heated rooftop pool and dedicated creative workspaces designed for remote productivity.
However, the heavy focus on short-term homesharing brings a highly transient crowd, which occasionally disrupts the quiet community feel you might expect from a luxury building.
Beautiful and very clean room (apartment) with awesome city views Joseph at the counter recommended. I let them know we were there for a big milestone celebration. The “Experience Manager” Jessica soon arrived at our door with a lovely handwritten card and a bottle of champagne. It was a great experience and we plan to return for a longer stay.

I booked a guest suite while I moved into an apartment here and have been blown away by the staff at the front desks genuinely desire to help. In particular Jason, Jessica, Nic and Liv have been amazing. Making my transition to living here in this beautiful apartment complex as stress-free as possible. What a difference from my old apartment complex that was taken over by Greystar. And Clark the General Manager is a gem, also going way over and beyond to Troubkeshoof my WIFI challenges. If you’re looking for somewhere new to live, look no further.

2. SpringHill Suites by Marriott Denver Downtown

Address: 1190 Auraria Parkway, Denver, Colorado, 80204
Contact: 303-705-7300
Hours: Available 24/7
Situated right in the bustling entertainment district, SpringHill Suites guarantees dedicated zones for sleeping and working. Every single room provides much more breathing room than a typical hotel setup, complete with essential kitchenette features like a microwave and mini-fridge for storing snacks.
The property uniquely doubles as a learning laboratory for Metropolitan State University students with a lively on-site brewpub called Degree.
Travelers appreciate the complimentary hot breakfast buffet and the welcoming policy allowing them to bring their dogs along for the trip. Not to mention the eye candy of their rotating original artworks.
The major downside here is the distinct lack of full cooking facilities, meaning you cannot easily prepare elaborate dinners or bake meals from scratch.
If you’re comfortable relying on the microwave or stepping out to nearby local restaurants, the highly central location near Ball Arena is incredibly hard to beat for any urban visitor.
I had an amazing 3‑day stay at SpringHill Suites! The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Jahnic and Heather in the breakfast area were fantastic — super friendly, attentive, and kept everything fresh and spotless. The gravy and chicken apple sausage were delicious! Hudson and Cameron at the front desk were both incredibly helpful and welcoming, making check‑in and every interaction smooth and pleasant. Jack and Alejandro from valet were also outstanding — quick, kind, and always professional. Everyone went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I’d absolutely come back!

This property also offers immediate backyard access to the paved Cherry Creek Trail, which is absolutely perfect for quiet morning runs directly into the city.
When I spoke with a relocating family staying there last month, they couldn’t stop praising the expansive outdoor courtyard and the complimentary evening socials held every Monday through Wednesday. These hosted weekday gatherings foster a warm, communal atmosphere that effectively helps combat the intense loneliness of extended travel.
That said, you need to factor in the daily parking charges, which can add a noticeable financial bump to your monthly living budget.
Despite those extra fees, the free on-site laundry machines and specialized proximity to major healthcare facilities make it a highly practical base for extended family visits.
We had a wonderful stay during our Denver trip. The breakfast was a highlight — the waffles were delicious, the bacon was perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the strawberries were fresh, generous, and wonderfully sweet. The room was clean and well maintained. The water pressure could be improved, but it was still acceptable. The laundry facilities were very convenient, which made traveling much easier. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Denver.

An on-site gear lending library lets guests check out everything from premium cookware to outdoor scooters, ensuring you have whatever you need without cluttering your personal space.
On the downside, the lofted bed layouts require climbing a steep ladder, which can become incredibly tiresome over a long stay and isn’t accessible for individuals with mobility concerns.
Still, the sprawling panoramic rooftop deck and ready-to-use convection ovens offer a highly stylish urban retreat for anyone craving a creative neighborhood vibe during their transition.
This was my fiancé and I’s first time in Denver and CatBird hotel was absolutely lovely. Located conveniently under 20 mins from all the popular coffee and dinner spots. Dave and Marcela took great care of us during our stay that this will be our hotel whenever we are in Denver again. The rooms were so creatively built that anything you could think of we had access to from our room. Thank you all so much!

Best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The aesthetic and room design is on point, Phenomenal staff and service, and the rooftop hot tub was exactly right. Not to mention, one block away from the train station that goes right to the airport. 10/10 would come to Denver again just for the Catbird Hotel.

5. Kasa Union Station Denver

Address: 1750 Little Raven Street, Denver, CO 80202
Contact: 720-513-0690

Kasa is an efficient, contactless aparthotel with a virtual front desk that handles all guest support via text. This modern setup grants you the impressive spaciousness of a residential unit alongside excellent hotel-tier perks like premium bedding and professional cleaning.
Located just a short walk from Confluence Park, residents gain exclusive entry to luxury building amenities like a rooftop deck and a modern fitness center equipped with Peloton bikes. The property caters heavily to busy remote workers by supplying ultra-high-speed internet and highly convenient in-unit washers and dryers.
However, one drawback is the lack of on-site staff, which can be deeply frustrating if you encounter mechanical maintenance issues that a remote team cannot swiftly resolve in person.
On the bright side, the comprehensive community facilities and prime transit proximity make it an incredibly efficient living arrangement for self-sufficient modern travelers.
This was our first time in Kasa. The check-in was easy, once you read the instructions. The residence was clean and well-equipped. We wanted a place with a washer/dryer, stove, and full-size refrigerator, and that is what we got. I would stay with Kasa again.

the location was so convenient, especially for not having a car and needing quick access to Union Station. Having a full laundry stack was a huge perk for me as well! The space was very clean and the gym was great. I immediately looked into booking this again for my next Denver trip.
