This is an excellent shop. I have been a customer at Downing Street Garage since 2007. The customer service is excellent, they listen to your complaints, they review the recommended repairs and cost with you prior to beginning the work, they do not recommend unnecessary repairs, and the repairs are verified before you pick up your vehicle. I have not had to return my vehicle once after work was completed in 17 years. I have not had a breakdown on the road in 17 years. That is extremely rare for an auto repair shop.
