Stepping into this fragrant neighborhood staple immediately hits you with the warm, rich aroma of house-roasted spices.

Operating since 1998, Little India & Bar has built a rock-solid reputation by offering a daily all-you-can-eat lunch buffet that brilliantly showcases authentic Northern Indian techniques.

They’ve masterfully designed their spread to prioritize dietary inclusivity, featuring clearly labeled vegan and GF options to accommodate diverse crowds.

I recently piled my plate high with their sizzling tandoori items and creamy masala, and the bold flavors instantly transported my taste buds.

While the family-owned charm makes you feel right at home, you might notice that the food quality on the buffet line occasionally wavers, especially during rush hours.

Furthermore, the strictly vegetarian selections on the buffet itself can feel slightly limited on certain days.

Regardless, this beloved establishment remains a must-visit destination for anyone craving traditional curries in a lively setting.

Pros

  • Award-winning reputation for sixteen consecutive years
  • Offers a massive all-you-can-eat daily lunch buffet
  • Clearly labels vegan and gluten-friendly dishes
  • Utilizes authentic clay oven baking techniques

Cons

  • Food quality on the buffet line may occasionally fluctuate
  • Vegetarian options within the buffet selection can be limited

I visited Little India Restaurant recently and had an amazing experience. I tried the salad, buffet, and a cocktail — everything was fresh, delicious, and perfectly made. A special shoutout to Amal for the warm and attentive service; he made the whole visit even better. The place has a great vibe and the food quality is top-notch. Definitely recommending this place for everyone who is looking for the best Indian food and great service. Thank you Amal for giving this wonderful experience

service was outstanding.

Little India was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the buffet. Amal took such great care of us, he was the only one working that night, yet he still managed everything effortlessly. He handled the whole restaurant, greeted everyone with a smile, made drinks, and even surprised us with complimentary cocktails. His service was outstanding.

Amal is truly a gem and made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this place!

Craving a massive smorgasbord that seamlessly bounces between spicy rolls and sizzling stir-fry? City Buffet delivers a truly sprawling, all-you-can-eat experience that blends Chinese classics and a customizable Mongolian grill under one roof.

By offering extended availability for both lunch and dinner, they provide a highly flexible dining option for large groups and indecisive families.

Their tiered pricing is a massive draw, ensuring that you can tackle mountains of savory seafood without breaking the bank.

However, the bustling nature of the dining room can make the service feel rushed, and the food quality does not always hit the highest marks.

Even with these minor drawbacks, the sheer variety and convenient carry-out-by-weight options make it a heavyweight contender for hungry crowds.

Pros

  • Massive multi-cuisine spread with a Mongolian grill
  • Consistent buffet availability for lunch and dinner
  • Competitive pricing tiers
  • Flexible takeout options priced by weight

Cons

  • Dining room service may feel rushed during busy periods
  • Overall food quality might not meet high culinary expectations

a great selection and I appreciate the level of cleanliness

I enjoyed this buffet, the food was fresh and there were a lot of options. It was a little bit of a different twist than your average buffet featuring Chinese Food, American Food, Mongolian (make-your-own dishes) along with Sushi options. They had a great selection and I appreciate the level of cleanliness. I will be back! I took tiny bites of everything I wanted and still didnt get enough, I already look forward to my next visit. Lunch with water, tip & tax is right over $20

Himchuli stands out for its highly consistent daily lunch buffet, which uniquely blends traditional Indian recipes with vibrant Himalayan specialties. Nothing beats the thrill of discovering complex, warming spices tucked away in this cozy neighborhood joint.

Their dedication to dietary inclusivity is truly impressive, with a recurring event billed as Denver’s biggest vegan buffet.

When I grabbed a quick lunch here last week, the perfectly steamed momo completely blew me away with its savory filling.

While the authentic regional spices create a fantastic dining experience, the actual buffet selection can feel limited and occasionally lacks vibrant freshness.

Despite these hiccups, the culturally rich menu and warm hospitality provide an unforgettable twist on midday dining.

Pros

  • Unique culinary blend of Indian and Nepali dishes
  • Hosts a massive, dedicated vegan buffet event regularly
  • Highly consistent daily lunch buffet schedule
  • Caters to multiple dietary needs with gluten-free choices

Cons

Feeding a massive group of picky eaters requires a venue that truly caters to every conceivable craving.

King Buffet tackles this challenge head-on by providing an enormous all-you-can-eat spread that seamlessly combines classic Chinese dishes and fresh sushi.

Their highly interactive Mongolian grill allows diners to customize their own sizzling plates, making it an incredibly strong contender for adventurous eaters.

However, you should be prepared for unpredictable seafood quality, occasional cleanliness issues during peak rushes, and potentially long wait times for a table.

Nonetheless, this sprawling establishment remains a highly convenient choice when you need endless culinary options under one roof. Plus, as a budget-friendly destination, this place is ideal if you’re seeking maximum value across lunch and dinner.

Pros

  • Sprawling, multi-cuisine selection for all tastes
  • Includes a customizable, interactive Mongolian grill station
  • Highly flexible takeout buffet options priced by weight
  • Affordable pricing

Cons

  • Sushi and seafood items can lack consistency
  • Dining room cleanliness may suffer during heavy crowd rushes

they are always consistent

HIGHLY RECOMMEND: The best Chinese Buffet Chain in Colorado. It doesn’t matter which location you go to, they are always consistent. Wait times can be longer on weekends and evenings, so be prepared. However, it well worth the wait! They have Chinese, seafood, American, Mongolian, sushi, and many other choices! I drive over 20 minutes to go to King Buffet. I know of 3 locations so far and all of them are great! (Arvada, Aurora, and Colorado Springs). For around $22/person, you can get your fill of great food!

 everything looked fresh

Great variety of food with so many options including sushi, seafood, soups, salads, desserts, fried and stir-fried dishes, and also a Mongolian bbq grill. Service was excellent, and the food was what you would expect from a buffet but everything looked fresh. We came after 2pm and the place was packed, but the place is so huge that they can accommodate a lot of guests. We came in a large group after a funeral and took over a whole section. They really took care of us, and it was greatly appreciated.

Finding a quick, deeply flavorful midday escape in the heart of the business district is a wonderful treat for busy professionals.

Nestled in a prime downtown location, Mint Indian Restaurant And Lounge offers a highly consistent weekday lunch buffet that balances rich flavors with supreme accessibility.

The experienced, family-owned culinary team serves a wide variety of aromatic curries and tandoori dishes, ensuring strong dietary inclusivity for plant-based eaters.

Just be aware that the buffet replenishment can sometimes lag, leaving hungry diners waiting for fresh naan. I’ve also noticed that the texture of their rice tends to be inconsistent.

Nevertheless, it serves as a fantastic, aromatic sanctuary for anyone craving bold spices right off the bustling city streets. Stay longer to see the venue effortlessly transition from a casual lunch spot to a vibrant, full-service lounge experience.

Pros

  • Highly reliable weekday lunch buffet schedule
  • Prime, highly accessible downtown Denver location
  • Accommodates diverse dietary preferences with robust vegan options
  • Operated by a highly experienced, family-run culinary team

Cons

  • Buffet replenishment for popular items can be frustratingly slow
  • Certain base dishes, like rice, may suffer from inconsistent textures

very well managed, clean

Great experience. Mint Indian Restaurant offers a lunch buffet with a wide variety of options for both vegetarians and meat lovers, along with a small salad bar and even some desserts. I decided to go off the buffet for dessert and enjoyed their Gulab Jamun, which was excellent. The service was very friendly, the restaurant has plenty of seating, is very well managed, clean, and offers a great value for the price. Highly recommend checking them out.

Delicious Indian food with a vast menu

Delicious Indian food with a vast menu. Our waitstaff was very friendly and gave us great recommendations. We had  Hyderabadi Lamb Curry, which was creamy beautifully flavored. We can’t wait to return for the lunch buffet! Nice happy hour drink specials too. Atmosphere is nothing special but clean and spacious seating.
