We heard about RiNo Carpet Cleaning because of their strong local reputation. Luckily, a friend invited us over while RiNo Carpet Cleaning handled her living room and hallway, so we got a close look at how they work.
The tech walked in with a clear plan, checked the high-traffic areas, and explained which stains would likely lift and which might be stubborn based on the carpet’s age.
Watching the equipment pull up grime that had settled deep into the fibers gave us a better understanding of why people talk about their fast-drying process. The space actually felt lighter once the cleaning was done, and the odor removal was noticeable.
In addition, clients we spoke with praised their quick response. In particular, some were very satisfied with the quick scheduling process, even when they had just called earlier in the morning, then had the carpet cleaning done in the afternoon.
