1. Neu.works

Address: 201 Columbine St Unit 300, Denver, CO 80206
Contact: (720) 500-2345
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Neu.works builds its core identity around subtle luxury design, creating a space equipped with curated art and high-end modern furnishings. Their all-inclusive “turnkey” pricing model guarantees that essential services like high-speed internet are bundled together without hidden add-on fees.
Beyond the typical indoor desks, they emphasize outdoor productivity by offering members access to twenty-one private balconies and open-air tables. You can easily take a break in “The Galleri,” a members-only lounge featuring curated music and Northern European-inspired drinks.
While the amenities are incredible, parking isn’t included in the membership fee and requires a separate monthly permit, which adds to their already premium pricing.
This location is amazing! Their team members are super responsive and willing to help in anyway needed. The space itself is clean, welcoming, and very spacious. They have onsite parking which is incredible for the Cherry Creek area. There was plenty of offerings that were including like coffee, different kinds of waters, and snacks. We had to host clients here for a meeting and everything ran very smoothly. If you are looking for a space absolutely book one of theirs!

I coordinated a meeting for my team with Ana. She was amazing, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met…including coming to work earlier than required to accommodate our meeting time! The team ravved about the location and we plan to use them again for our future needs.
Thank you, NEU.works and Ana!

2. Mile High Coworking Space Denver

Website: https://milehighcoworking.com/
Address: 1616 Federal Blvd, Denver, CO 80204
Contact: (303) 956-5036; [email protected]
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Mile High Coworking Space Denver offers incredible, unobstructed views of the stadium alongside a boutique “anti-downtown” experience that helps you avoid the traffic of Lower Downtown (LoDo) and the River North Art District (RiNo). Their setup features roll-up garage doors that create a seamless indoor-outdoor integration during beautiful weather.
A close friend of mine who runs a small tech startup works out of this office, and she constantly raves about their integrated play and work culture featuring custom shuffleboard tables.
However, the building entrance is tucked out of sight, creating a frustrating experience for first-time guests arriving for important meetings. Additionally, the large industrial ceilings and garage doors sometimes lead to inconsistent HVAC control during extreme seasonal temperature swings.
Very nice Co-working space it has what you need to get work done. Note the entrance is behind the building.
Has good natural light in the main area and plenty of plants 😀. Staff is kind and considerate and able to help.
If you need to sit and get work done this is the place.

Needed a conference room for the day, and Mile High Coworking Space delivered! It was quiet, well- appointed with a monitor and room for 10 or so people, and easy to access. We were able to come and go throughout the day, and their affordable rates applied for a 12-hour window, which was great compared to other companies that charge by the hour.

3. Shift Workspaces – Bannock

Website: https://shiftworkspaces.com/
Address: 1001 Bannock St, Denver, CO 80204
Contact: (303) 529-4621; [email protected]
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shift Workspaces uses a resort-style hospitality model, outfitting their Golden Triangle location with art-forward, refined industrial design elements like French wallpapers and custom furniture. They prioritize holistic wellness integration, giving professionals direct access to an on-site fitness center and relaxing yoga classes.
Rather than settling for standard breakroom drip coffee, members enjoy curated culinary offerings that include sommelier-led tastings and gourmet espresso.
Unfortunately, standard parking isn’t automatically included in most memberships, forcing you to rely on specific paid codes or limited free street spots nearby. Furthermore, the facility restricts visitor access to standard business hours, preventing late-night collaborations with non-members.
Darby and the team are super helpful and nice. The amenities are amazing, including a fancy coffee machine and even a massage chair! However we do need less golf on the TVs and more tennis ;D Shift is the best!

4. Green Spaces

Website: http://www.greenspaces.com/
Address: 2590 Walnut St, Denver, CO 80205
Contact: (720) 772-9726
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Green Spaces leads the industry with 100% solar-powered operations, serving as the first globally recognized green workspace since its founding in 2008. They operate with strict Certified B-Corp (Benefit Corporation) values, attracting a vibrant network of environmentally conscious entrepreneurs and remote workers.
I visited this location last month to attend a sustainability workshop, and the biophilic interior design featuring extensive living walls instantly elevated my mood.
On the downside, because they emphasize an open community vibe, the main lounge areas frequently experience high noise levels that disrupt deep-focus work. Also, finding free street parking spots nearby is often quite difficult.
Interesting olfactory experience inside a coworking space in RiNo (River North). It’s Colorado Bath & Body, a shop that produces artisanal products for the bathroom. Soaps made by hand and inspired by nature; reminded of my favorite spa. Glad I stumbled in. I found a grey colored soap to match the towels at home. Stone Mountain soap is scented with oils from dianthus and frankincense. I’m so happy to get soaps the same as the accessories.

Get a coffee, shop for candles, enjoy international snacks, pick up a couple plants and get a tattoo while you’re there. Green Spaces ambiance is A1

5. Candy Factory Coworking Space Denver

Website: https://candyfactorycoworking.com/
Address: 1512 Curtis Street Suite 200, Denver, CO 80202
Contact: (720) 961-8411; [email protected]
Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Candy Factory Coworking Space Denver leans heavily into its Baur’s Building legacy, maintaining original 1881 architectural details while promoting a playful “Success is Sweeter” branding theme.
Unlike sterile corporate chains, this location is managed directly by its local family owners, with community manager Jose frequently praised for providing exceptional, high-touch accountability.
If your brand relies on digital content, you will love their fully equipped media studio specifically designed for recording high-quality podcasts on-site.
The atmosphere is undeniably fun, but around-the-clock access is exclusive to long-term members, leaving day-pass users limited to standard weekday hours. Additionally, securing your vehicle in this prime location requires navigating expensive pay-and-display lots since free parking is virtually nonexistent near the Denver Center for the Performing Arts.
I would highly recommend considering Candy Factory Coworking for your workspace needs in downtown Denver. The location is ideal (right next to 16th Street and the Arts Complex) and the space is beautiful. I needed a space to take a meeting and the friendly staff gave me a spacious conference room to use for the hour. Definitely check it out if you need someplace quiet and clean but with personality.

The Candy Factory Coworking space was perfect for our group of 27. The space was well-designed and was able to accommodate every one of our needs for our manager offsite meeting. And Jose, the host, was so quick to reply to messages and was very flexible with us. We will certainly be back!
