They were on time and extremely friendly. They both put on shoe covers and went to work. Within minutes they had the issue diagnosed and luckily had the part on their new truck! They were able to fix my furnace in record time without charging a hectic price. They even offer a lifetime warranty on what they install! It’s great to know they stand by their work and the parts they install. Both techs were very friendly and personnel as well as having a great sense of humor. He also identified a loud hum as a transformer that needed replacing in my fan coil heating unit and told me he could get someone in the next day to replace it.
