Such a fun and creative group activity, well run and organized by the folks at Sip and Throw. In the two hour class our crew was able to play with clay and spin up bowls and plates, then a couple weeks later the pickup process was easy and well communicated. I love this place. Friend Assembly is great for both kids and adult classes, my family has taken both. I’m so impressed with the quality of instruction (and this is nowhere near my first ceramics class) and focus on techniques and exploration. Sarah is fantastic with kids too, mine always want to go see her, and my husband and I can sneak in a lunch date while they are taking a class. These are pics of their super hero sculptures before firing (kids age 4 and 7 made these). Plus, there’s a shop full of awesome ceramic stuff, prints and gifts. Check it out!

My husband and I took a wheel class with Nathan and absolutely loved it. Nathan answered my annoying amount of questions without ever being annoyed and really made sure we grasped the process.
