5 Best Truck Repair Shops in Denver to Keep Your Fleet on the Road

We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.

Service Versatility: We sought facilities with comprehensive capabilities rather than basic maintenance. A shop that handles everything from mobile dispatch to complex hydraulic work provides much better value for commercial operators.

Speed and Availability: Professional driving demands rapid turnaround times to minimize lost revenue. We favored providers that offer priority scheduling programs or 24/7 mobile support to get vehicles back on the road quickly.

Industry Experience: A proven track record indicates a deep understanding of regional environmental factors and strict compliance regulations. We prioritized businesses with decades of operation and specialized technical certifications.

Cost Transparency: Unexpected repair bills can severely impact an owner's bottom line. We assessed companies based on their willingness to provide upfront estimates and to communicate clearly throughout the repair process.

Finding the best truck repair in Denver is vital if you manage a large fleet or own your own rig. A sudden breakdown on the highway leads to lost money and missed deadlines.

But navigating the local repair scene is often tricky, as you’ll need a mechanic who understands heavy-duty engines and complex hydraulics.

For that reason, I made this guide to highlight top-rated shops that value speed and clear communication. Read on to find great options for mobile roadside help and routine maintenance here in the Mile High City.

How much does truck repair cost in Denver?

Truck repair costs in Denver generally range from $105 to $175 per hour for standard labor, with specialized or emergency services commanding higher premiums.

With 40 years of experience, they can handle everything from standard engine repairs to complex emissions testing. Plus, their technicians are award-winning experts who have proven their skills in state-wide competitions.

One of the best things about them is their 24/7 mobile support, which is perfect for emergencies on the road. This service is especially helpful if you get stuck on a difficult mountain pass.

On the downside, their premium rates mean you will pay more than at other local shops.

However, if you want the highest-quality work on your rig, their expert service is well worth the investment.

Managing a large fleet is much easier with the Fleet Partner Program. This facility offers participants big hourly discounts and priority service, allowing you to skip the line and get back on the road.

They also use a special Insight Platform to track your maintenance schedules and save you money over time.

Since they’re located right near the I-70 corridor, getting your big rigs to the shop is very simple. For even more convenience, they can send technicians to your warehouse for on-site repairs.

However, take note that they’re only open on weekdays during normal business hours. Some independent drivers might also feel that the pricing is designed more for large corporations than for individuals.

Despite these points, the efficiency and technical support make it a top choice for professional fleet managers.

Pros

  • Priority scheduling for fleet partners
  • Convenient central industrial location
  • Broad vehicle class coverage
  • Specialized technical certifications

Cons

  • Closed on weekends
  • Focuses heavily on corporate contracts

Very helpful and professional

Dino and the entire staff at Wiers was very helpful and professional.  Dinos friendly deamor and vast truck knowledge exceeded my expectations.  I highly  recommend them for any large truck repair.  They went through  a 24 ft International  Durastar 4300 and fixed everything I wanted them to and nothing  more.  I will be back for any repairs or maintenance our trucks need in the future.

Treated us as their top priority

We cannot say enough great things about the entire team at WIERS. My husband and I are from out of the area and were in a bind when our truck began leaking fuel. We called these guys and not only did they get us in right away, but they truly treated us as their top priority and had our truck fixed and out of there within an hour. Our service advisor, Patrick, and manager, Rene, were fantastic. If you’re in Denver and need a mechanic, call these guys!! Thank you WIERS team!

Address: 7245 Gilpin Way, Suite 130

Hours: Monday – Saturday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

As the oldest mobile service provider in Colorado, Mobile Wrench Truck Repair excels at performing maintenance right at your job site. By bringing the shop directly to you, they completely eliminate the hassle of towing and significantly reduce downtime.

Their technicians are also trained to handle unique machinery, from standard trailers to complex hydraulic systems.

I spoke with a local fleet manager last month over drinks at one of our favorite downtown breweries, and he praised how seamlessly Mobile Wrench Truck Repair integrates with major third-party tracking systems, such as Fleetio.

While their on-site capability is excellent, they do have a restricted service radius focused strictly on the Front Range. They’re also closed on Sundays and don’t offer late-night emergency roadside dispatch for unexpected breakdowns.

Despite these limits, their ability to repair your equipment on-site makes them a very convenient choice for local businesses that want to keep their operations moving smoothly.

Pros

  • Eliminates costly towing fees
  • Direct fleet management system integration
  • Certified for dual Department of Transportation (DOT) and American National Standards Institute (ANSI) inspections
  • Deep local institutional knowledge

Cons

  • Closed on Sundays
  • Restricted regional service radius

Made everything so easy and simple

My husband was on the way to pick up a load and had some trouble with his truck. He’s been getting nothing but run arounds and it got frustrating. A friend recommended this company and we talked to this sweet young lady name Winnie. She made everything so easy and simple and was able to give my husband some hope again . He says “I wish there were more like her, she’s one of the best dispatchers I’ve ever dealt with”. We definitely recommend. Thanks again Winnie

Very professional representative

My husband and I were traveling through Colorado. We stopped for fuel and had some issues starting our truck. A very professional representative of Moblie Wrench asked of we needed help. Took him just a few minutes to help us out. He was kind, friendly and definitely knew his way around a diesel truck. We were very thankful to have met Derek Robison and couldn’t have been more grateful for his help. Thank you again sir for your help that day.

Address: 3745 E 50th Ave

Contact: (720) 440-3428 | [email protected]

Specializing in complex structural and collision restorations, Ramirez Truck and Trailer Repair expertly handles cab repairs and sleeper damage for heavy-duty commercial vehicles.

Their fast turnaround philosophy stands out. With this, you can minimize revenue lost when a rig sits idle, making them a reliable asset for serious operators.

They also provide great financial accessibility by offering direct insurance billing and promotional financing to ease the burden of unexpected accidents.

If you manage local delivery routes or even national car shipping, their dedicated fleet support program provides valuable priority scheduling.

Just keep in mind that their expertise is heavily concentrated on paintwork and body repair rather than complex mechanical diagnostics.

Plus, the physical shop operates on a restricted weekday schedule and closes at 4:00 PM. This limits flexibility for drivers who might need estimates or assistance late in the afternoon.

Pros

  • Specialized heavy-duty structural capabilities
  • Direct insurance billing assistance
  • High local customer satisfaction ratings
  • Dedicated fleet priority scheduling

Cons

  • Focuses primarily on collision repair
  • Closes early on weekdays

I had an excellent experience

I had an excellent experience with Ramirez Truck and Trailer Repair. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. The work was completed on time, and my car looks brand new—like the damage never happened. They paid great attention to detail and handled everything smoothly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality repairs and honest service.

They were honest with the quote process

I seriously can’t take Abe and his wife enough. I was in a very serious situation and my box truck needed to be repaired. I was well over 1600 miles away from home so I had to trust they could do the job. They were honest with the quote process and stayed true to their word. I know what they charged me was a steal compared to what it truly cost to fix it. You saved my week and my company. Thank you for being there when I needed it most.
