When a pipe bursts in the middle of a freezing winter night, you need help immediately to avoid serious structural damage. Luckily, Emergency Plumbers Denver stays ready 24/7, every single day of the year.

As a fully licensed and insured team with over 15 years of local experience, they know exactly how to handle Colorado’s toughest plumbing crises.

Their technicians use high-tech gear to fix leaks fast, which is a huge relief when your basement is filling up with water.

I actually spoke directly with a local landlord who used their services during a severe holiday freeze, and he mentioned how impressed he was with their rapid arrival and their eco-friendly approach

On the downside, their use of a basic consumer email address for official business can feel a little bit casual. Also, they stay strictly within the Denver city limits, so if you’re in the wider metro area, you might be out of luck.

  • Services diverse commercial and residential properties
  • Utilizes state-of-the-art diagnostic solutions
  • Handles a complete plumbing service range
  • Focuses heavily on energy efficiency

Cons

I had a serious plumbing emergency at my home and I’m extremely thankful for the quick response from Emergency Plumbers Denver LLC. Our main drain suddenly became completely blocked and started backing up water into the basement. Within minutes the situation became stressful, and I knew I needed a reliable emergency plumber in Denver right away.

I recently completed a full home flip in Denver, and hiring Emergency Plumbers Denver was one of the best decisions I made during the entire renovation process. From the first phone call, their team was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. When you’re flipping a house, time is money — and they understood the urgency right away.

Plumbing disasters are stressful enough without the shock of a massive bill, especially if the repairs drag late into the night. A Better Plumber takes that worry away by giving you clear, upfront pricing before they even pick up a wrench.

They even have a strict policy against charging overtime fees for jobs that extend past standard hours. And with over a decade of local experience, they back their work with fully insured technicians who all pass rigorous background checks.

Their dispatch is also efficient, thanks to live GPS tracking in every van, helping them arrive quickly. They also require their crew to go through constant training to stay on top of the latest industry standards.

However, it’s worth noting that they don’t handle actual underground line repairs, so they’re not for you if you’re dealing with a major infrastructure failure.

Also, while they have 24/7 dispatch, their non-emergency work is mostly limited to daytime hours.

Pros

  • Enforces a strict staff vetting process
  • Utilizes advanced diagnostic equipment
  • Mandates continuous technical training
  • Optimizes response with fleet tracking

Cons

  • Avoids large underground line repairs
  • Restricts regular non-emergency daytime hours

Customer Reviews

AWESOME work by SHAWN and ZACH!  The work was exceptionally well done and both of these men were professional, prompt, diligent, and personable!   They had everything on the truck ready to go AND they were careful w/ the antiques in my entry.  Additionally, when a neighbor w/ a plumbing emergency noticed the work truck and requested Shawn’s immediate help, Shawn graciously lent a hand even though after my late consultation he was off the clock!  Amazing, right?!?  I would definitely welcome ‘A Better Plumber’ in my house again!  GREAT WORK, SHAWN & ZACH!

I called to get a shut off valve replaced, they sent Beau over the next day. He arrived promptly and replaced the valve, and he was very nice. Definitely my new go-to plumbing service. Edit: I had a small plumbing emergency with my condo’s water shutoff valves. They sent Brian the next day to take a look at everything, and he gave me fantastic advice on how to proceed, and he returned early the next day to do the repair. He was very quick and thorough with his work and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Finding a hidden water leak under your foundation is a nightmare, especially when you start thinking about the cost of tearing up concrete. Professional Plumbers Denver helps take the edge off by offering free initial evaluations for major underground issues.

They use non-destructive technology to find problems without wrecking your property, which is a huge relief. They also have the muscle to handle everything from a small house to a massive commercial facility across a wide service area.

When a friend of mine dealt with a catastrophic pipe failure overnight, their quick arrival literally saved her business from being ruined. However, there are a couple of things to keep in mind.

For really big projects, they sometimes bring in outside subcontractors, so you might not always be working with their core team. Also, while they talk a lot about being affordable, they don’t actually list their rates upfront.

Pros

  • Offers rapid same-day deployment
  • Capable of industrial-scale repairs
  • Provides continuous overnight availability
  • Services an extensive metropolitan coverage area

Cons

  • Relies on external subcontractors for large jobs
  • No prices listed despite promotion of affordable services

Customer Reviews

This was my first experience hiring a plumber and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Mike helped me over the phone in pinch during a plumbing emergency at 3am, then stayed ready and available for my needs, including sending out a plumber same day. Everyone on the team was very professional and knowledgeable as well as courteous and prompt.

Michael was quick to organize his crew to perform an emergency replacement of the main sewer line section. His quote was the best and communication was excellent throughout the entire process. When the city delayed the inspection, Michael hounded them so we could stay at the front of the line. Despite the large amount of work, the whole process was very low stress. I am entirely satisfied with the work and will definitely use Michael for future plumbing needs.

Managing several failing systems at once can overwhelm even the most seasoned property manager. Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric helps clear up that chaos by offering expertise across multiple trades, backed by decades of local roots.

They eliminate billing surprises by requiring you to authorize a full cost breakdown before any work even starts. Their technicians follow a strict ethical code against pushy upselling and arrive in fully stocked vans to try and get the job done in just one trip.

It’s also great to see that they give back to the community by donating a portion of their revenue to local charities. They even offer special discounts for military members and seniors.

However, there are a few scheduling quirks to keep in mind. Their standard daytime hours don’t include weekends, which can be a bit frustrating if a crisis hits on a Saturday.

Also, their financing options depend on third-party credit checks, so not everyone will qualify for immediate help.

Pros

  • Maintains a high one-trip resolution rate
  • Enforces a strict no-upselling policy
  • Delivers excellent service professionalism
  • Offers special demographic discounts

Cons

  • Restricts regular non-emergency schedule
  • Relies on third-party financing

Customer Reviews

Can I give 10 stars? Chad was absolutely fantastic. He helped trouble shoot and resolve several electrical issues I was having both inside and outside my home. He was patient and transparent about what he was doing and the price was very fair for the time and effort he put in. Thank you so much! UPDATE: Also had Justin out to do some emergency plumbing work on my boiler.  He was quick, knowledgeable, and got me back up and running with no hassle.  I’ve been very pleased with all of the services that Time provides.

In the midst of these crazy times, Time Plumbing came out and fixed my emergency plumbing issue.  Nate was knowledgeable, friendly, and did good work.  He went above and beyond, and that extra consideration will make me a repeat customer.  Price was right, I was charged what I was quoted, and there was no pressure.  I actually ended up adding a service because I was treated so well.

5. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Denver

Address: 1020 West 124th ave, Suite 700, Westminster

Waiting for hours while your business or home floods is completely unacceptable. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Denver tackles this head-on with a unique punctuality guarantee: they actually pay you for every minute they’re late.

As a large company with local management, they combine massive resources with a commitment to hiring straight from the community. They also follow strict quality rules, meaning a technician won’t leave the job site until you’ve officially signed off on the work.

Their vans are basically rolling warehouses, stocked with enough parts to handle most repairs on the spot.

However, there are a couple of things to watch out for. For starters, you might have to pay a basic service fee just for them to show up, even if you decide not to go through with the quoted repair.

Also, while they offer zero-interest financing, it’s all tied to external bank approvals.

Pros

  • Utilizes highly stocked service vehicles
  • Maintains constant around-the-clock availability
  • Services a broad regional coverage area
  • Provides a strong satisfaction guarantee

Cons

  • Imposes conditional baseline service fees
  • Enforces restrictive zero-interest lender requirements
