Lilyanna, the receptionist was very nice and friendly. I was running a little late and she called me to see if I was still going to make it to my appointment. She was very nice about getting directions and paperwork on line. Sam was great he spoke in my language that I can understand what might be happening in my ear/head and he also did my hearing test was also in my language that I can understand as well. Did not know that they had bilingual staff when I made my appointment. I highly recommend this office.

My only regret is that I wish I’d come sooner!
