Denver might be miles from Southeast Asia, but its culinary scene hums with vibrant, aromatic flavors that instantly transport your palate. As a dedicated noodle slurper and curry connoisseur, I’ve spent countless evenings seeking the best Thai restaurants in Denver to satisfy those spicy, savory cravings.
The city offers an incredible landscape of eateries, whether you’re a devoted foodie chasing authentic street-style dishes or a budget-conscious diner hunting for unbeatable lunch specials.
I explored downtown corners and quiet neighborhoods to find kitchens that genuinely deliver the heat and heart of traditional recipes.
And if you want to try other Asian cuisines after this one, check out the top Asian restaurants in the area as well.

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM–9:30 PM | Friday: 11:00 AM–10:00 PM | Saturday: 12:00 PM–10:00 PM | Sunday: 12:00 PM–9:30 PM
Stepping into Aloy Modern Thai instantly elevates your evening, especially if you’re hunting for an engaging culinary kickoff before exploring local breweries.
The kitchen beautifully marries modern Colorado dining with deeply authentic Thai roots by serving slow-cooked meals using locally sourced ingredients. Expert Bangkok chefs craft vibrant flavor profiles, perfectly balancing bold aromatic spices with signature house-made sauces.
I visited for an afternoon lunch, and the accessible menu easily satisfies both strict traditionalists and newcomers. They even offer an affordable metro catering service, providing fantastic options for those hosting events or feeding crowds.
Their refreshing cocktail menu is also a massive draw.
Just keep in mind their promotional happy hour strictly runs during weekday afternoons. The venue also halts operations during major holidays, so you must find alternative dining plans for occasions like Christmas or the Super Bowl.

All of our food was great tasting. The Thai hot spicy level could’ve been much hotter. I got the spice dish and consumed most of it. I also wish the prik nam pla sauce had fresh peppers and not the flakes. Gyozas were so good too! We can’t wait to come back!!

Really loved the food here! We ordered Corn Fritters, Aloy Noodles and Pumpkin Curry. For drinks, House made Tonic and Thai Ice Tea. Everything tasted very good. The prices were also quite fair. The service was prompt and friendly.
I would recommend the House Made Tonic for anyone wanting something refreshing!

For those seeking an energetic, communal feast rather than a quiet, isolated dinner, Den Thai completely reimagines traditional Southeast Asian dining. Chef Jay, the visionary behind the menu, transforms his grandmother’s authentic recipes into modern, shareable tapas designed to spark lively table conversation.
The kitchen’s signature charred shishito peppers provide a smoky, addictive bite that absolutely blew my mind. Even if you decide to stay at home, their seamless takeout service guarantees a rush of what they playfully call “Thaixcitement” right to your front door.
Not to mention, the cozy, thoughtfully designed ambiance is perfect for hosting intimate private gatherings.
Just keep a close eye on your wallet if you crave seafood. Specialty items like their delicate salmon green curry carry a noticeably premium price tag. Furthermore, you must surrender your phone number to their SMS subscription just to unlock access to exclusive event invites and special promotions.

This place is so good! Food was delicious, atmosphere was on point and the service was incredible. Tried a bunch of the tapas and got a couple entrees which was plenty of food for three people. Also, highly recommend the Thai Old Fashioned.

Decided to try Den Thai for Denver Restaurant Week and I am so glad that I did!!! First off, the restaurant is decorated so beautifully. Not only that, but the food itself is immaculate. The inferno shrimp and the kee mao were amazing. I adored the Thai Donuts as well, I can’t get over how good they were!! I’ll definitely be making Den Thai a regular dining spot for the future.

3. Ledo Thai

Website: ledothai.online
Address: 1550 Blake St, Denver, CO 80202
Contact: (720) 696-6905 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM–9:00 PM | Friday to Saturday: 11:00 AM–10:00 PM
Finding a meal that successfully travels from the kitchen to your dining room table can be tough, but Ledo Thai engineers an optimal travel menu. Their rich coconut bases and carefully packaged noodles maintain exceptional quality during transit.
For dine-in patrons, the chefs create deeply complex meals by meticulously layering fragrant ingredients, allowing guests to completely customize their preferred heat levels.
Diners seeking a vibrant backdrop will appreciate the artistic environment. The staff provides attentive, non-intrusive service, ensuring you always feel cared for while navigating their versatile dining options. They even offer incredibly low-priced midday mains for budget-focused eaters.
Just be cautious when modifying your bowl, as selecting premium protein upgrades results in exorbitant surcharges that drastically inflate your bill. Additionally, those highly appealing discounted afternoon specials are strictly confined to a narrow, three-hour window.

The best Thai restaurant in Denver. The Food is awesome. I tried the Pad Thai, and it was delicious to say the least. You literally can taste every single taste a tongue can recognise. The dish was a flavour bomb and quality and quantity both exceeded expectations. A must visit place.

SUCH a great addition to Denver! The food was absolutely delicious, the Golden Street Noodles are such a fun take on Pad Thai. But the star of the show, was the staff. They were all SO friendly and made our time so enjoyable. We were celebrating 2 birthdays, and they brought us a delicious cake and sang to us, it was so sweet. We 100% will return!!!

4. Taste of Thailand Restaurant

Website: tasteofthailand.net
Address: 2120 South Broadway, Denver, CO 80210
Contact: (303) 762-9112
Hours: Tuesday to Friday: 11:00 AM–2:30 PM, 4:30 PM–9:00 PM | Saturday to Sunday: 4:30 PM–9:00 PM
Health-conscious diners often struggle to find rich, savory restaurant meals that align with their nutritional goals. Taste of Thailand Restaurant steps up by cultivating organically grown ingredients directly in their personal garden, ensuring an incredibly fresh, vibrant flavor profile. The culinary team pushes an authentic, healthy focus, prominently featuring a signature “flu shot” soup packed with restorative herbs to boost your immune system.
Plus, the natural sweetness of their customizable red curry is a massive draw.
The sheer warmth of the hospitality creates an inviting environment, supported by a staff that mandates daily preparation for all core dish components. Commuter proximity and complimentary parking remove the typical urban stress, allowing you to easily enjoy their rare house special customizations.
However, strict vegetarians might struggle here. The kitchen rigidly includes mandatory shrimp paste across all curry offerings, and they strictly prohibit modifying the spice levels on several signature Northern salads.

Super tasty, lots of veggies and fresh flavors (garlic, etc). Had the shrimp squash curry special. It was absolutely incredible. Prices are comparable to other Thai restaurants but there is major value in the food they serve here. Will definitely be back!

5. Lucky Noodles

Website: luckynoodlesthaidenver.com
Address: 12 E 1st Ave, Denver, CO 80203
Contact: (720) 917-1000 | [email protected]
Hours: Wednesday to Friday: 11:00 AM–2:00 PM and 3:30 PM–8:00 PM | Saturday and Sunday: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
There is a distinct kind of magic that happens when a kitchen is driven by a deep personal longing to recreate the true flavors of Bangkok. Built upon a cherished family connection and the owner’s grandmother’s recipes, Lucky Noodles actively serves as a vibrant vessel for sharing genuine Thai culture with the community.
Every time I crave an uncompromised, sensory-rich plate, I appreciate their meticulous sourcing process, ensuring every single ingredient is individually chosen for maximum quality.
The joyful, home-like environment truly connects their food to positive emotional experiences, making it a fantastic sanctuary even during Thanksgiving and Christmas, when they remain reliably open.
However, you will need to plan your cravings carefully around their strict schedule. The establishment shuts down for two consecutive days at the start of the week, and weekday visitors must navigate a frustrating mid-afternoon gap in their lunch service.

A lovely restaurant I hope to visit again. The owner, Ploy, was welcoming and incredibly helpful in suggesting a dish off her secret menu when I couldn’t make up my mind (try the the Pineapple Express!). The dumplings hit the spot as an appetizer, and the Thai milk tea was deliciously refreshing.
