A few more added that the beans are the best in the city, and honestly, the smell alone convinced us!

Everything I had here was amazing! The buttered croissant was flaky, warm & delicious! They make the pastries fresh every morning so you can’t go wrong with any. When it comes to brewing, they use a unique “Dial Kit” system to make sure it’s perfectly consistent every single time. Their cold brew, particularly the nitro on tap, is among the region’s best.
You’ll also appreciate their extended hours. Most shops close early, but staying open until 6:30 PM is a huge win for late-day productivity.
However, the atmosphere here is a bit more industrial and “craft-focused” than cozy, so it might feel a little sterile to some.

Hearth is the place where outstanding sourdough and great coffee come together perfectly. They roast their own beans in-house and bake some of Denver’s best bread, using local Rocky Mountain grains.
One frequent visitor told us that the “Small Batch” roasting process they use really preserves the delicate floral notes in their light roasts.
We couldn’t agree more, as the smell of coffee and fresh bread greeted us the moment we walked through the door.
Their space itself is also bright and airy with high ceilings that make it feel even more welcoming.
The only downside is their early closing time on weekdays. With that, you really have to get there early if you want to snag their signature pastries before the shelves are empty.
