Moving to a new city comes with plenty of challenges, and furnishing a place from scratch only adds to the workload. A move is much easier when your home is ready from day one, complete with the essentials you need to settle in comfortably.
Denver offers a wide range of furnished apartments, from historic walk-ups to modern luxury high-rises. The city gives renters plenty of options depending on their lifestyle and budget.
To help narrow the search, we looked at properties that combine comfort, convenience, and move-in-ready amenities. Here are some of the best furnished apartments in Denver.
How much do furnished apartments cost in Denver?
Furnished apartments in Denver usually cost 15% to 20% more than unfurnished units, with many premium or short-term rentals starting around $2,000 per month.
| Accommodation Type | Estimated Monthly Cost |
| Standard Furnished Apartment | $1,943 – $2,000+ |
| Premium / Serviced Apartment | $2,500 – $3,000+ |
1. Sentral Union Station | Denver Apartments

Website: sentral.com
Address: 1777 Wewatta St
Contact: (877) 812-1698
Hours: Monday-Saturday: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM; Sunday: 12:00 PM-5:00 PM
Sentral Union Station elevates the concept of temporary housing by merging luxury apartments with reliable hotel services.
Their amenities are highly sought-after. A colleague who stayed there recently loved the year-round heated saltwater pool and the fitness center equipped with Peloton bikes.
Outside, the building sits directly above a Whole Foods and a CVS, which offers incredible convenience. The location is also perfect for commuters, as it’s only a 3-minute walk from the main train station.
We also love their intuitive “Home+” application, which allows residents to manage their stay with ease.
Plus, they have an innovative program that allows full-time tenants to legally list their units on Airbnb for up to 150 days a year.
However, the frequent nightly bookings create a busy atmosphere with heavy foot traffic. This makes the community feel less stable than a traditional apartment building. Besides, the premium pricing puts these units at the higher end of the market.
Customer Reviews:
I love the building
I’ve toured Sentral with Lara twice now anticipating my move to Denver early next year. Not only do I love the building, but I love touring with Lara! She’s so personable and nice. She always sends me a recap of what we looked at and when asked about amenities, she’s sent me personal photos she took so I could see the dog run. I love the amenities and location and who can beat an apartment building that has an elevator directly into Whole Foods?! I hope I’m able to move into Sentral when I’m ready to move to Denver!

Beautiful and very clean room
Beautiful and very clean room (apartment) with awesome city views Joseph at the counter recommended. I let them know we were there for a big milestone celebration. The “Experience Manager” Jessica soon arrived at our door with a lovely handwritten card and a bottle of champagne. It was a great experience and we plan to return for a longer stay.

2. Modern Midstay

Website: modernmidstay.com
Address: 1221 S Clarkson St, Suite 407
Contact: (720) 722-1380
Hours: Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Modern Midstay brings a unique touch to corporate housing by focusing on restored historic buildings in walkable areas. They avoid generic properties and instead offer renovated units in iconic neighborhoods like Capitol Hill.
If you love history and want to live in the heart of the city, this is a fantastic choice for a mid-term stay.
Since they own and manage everything themselves, they provide a reliable experience for traveling nurses and remote workers. When I used them last year, I really enjoyed the bespoke decor and the fact that the kitchen was fully stocked.
While these buildings are beautiful, it’s important to remember that they’re older. This means they often lack central air conditioning and elevators.
Also, their service is limited to specific city neighborhoods, so you won’t find them in the suburban tech areas.
Customer Reviews:
The apartment was very nice
The apartment was very nice. We were on the 3rd floor so we got some extra exercise ! The large windows brought in the beautiful Denver sunshine! Not that we had any problems but when we called Ben he answered very quickly and got us what we needed. This was the second time we stayed with them and we were looking to go back in September!
We brought some decorations from home!

Such a helpful and kind team of people
This was the best stay we ever had. We stayed at Modern Midstay for 7 months at an apartment across the street from City Park. The apartment was beautiful and well kept. If anything ever came up, they were quick to respond. Such a helpful and kind team of people. I highly recommend you stay with them if you’re in the Denver area!

3. Residences at Market Station

Website: marketstationdenver.com
Address: 1661 Market St
Contact: (720) 927-5500
Hours: Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM; Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM; Saturday: 10:00 AM-5:00 PM
Residences at Market Station provides a highly integrated living experience right in the heart of the Lower Downtown district.
They uniquely offer two distinct housing styles in the same location, including efficient spaces in The Flats and luxury layouts in Fourteen 45.
The property functions as a mixed-use hub, with on-site retail spaces and upscale apartments in one building.
It’s incredibly convenient to live and work here, as you don’t have to worry about maintaining a separate workspace or scheduling commercial office cleaning.
The community is also professionally managed and features spectacular skyline views from the modern rooftop pool.
However, the prime central location does have some drawbacks in terms of noise and privacy. A massive reconstruction project nearby creates a lot of loud machinery sounds.
Plus, the public central walkway can make it hard to enjoy peace and quiet in the interior units.
Customer Reviews:
The building had everything I was looking for
I toured The Residences at Market Street Station and had a great experience. Anthony and the staff were very helpful and generous with their time. The building had everything I was looking for. The gym had a full set of weights and machines, the lobby and shared spaces were clean and well maintained, and the apartments were well laid out. The community garden was really cool, and the coffee in the lobby was genuinely really good. It even made the shared space smell like a coffee shop. I would highly recommend.

Great new building of luxury homes
Great new building of luxury homes and fabulous amenities with a leasing team of the highest quality that go above and beyond for their residents. A place worthy of Dorothy tapping her ruby slippers and arriving at base camp saying “There’s no Place Like Home”

4. Blueground Denver

Website: theblueground.com
Address: 950 S Cherry St, Suite 1000
Contact: (972) 289-8633
Hours: Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
Navigating the relocation process becomes much simpler with Blueground. Their direct booking model is great because it successfully eliminates frustrating broker fees.
For students on longer leases, they even offer a unique contract freeze feature to pause rent during academic breaks.
When it comes to the apartments, the modern units feature high-end furniture and fully equipped workstations. These are perfect for professionals who need to work from home immediately.
Every apartment is completely move-in ready with premium appliances and quality linens, so you can arrive with just a suitcase.
While the convenience and the mobile management app are impressive, the base rent is significantly higher than that of standard unfurnished apartments. Plus, the premium monthly cost often excludes extra fees for utilities and parking.
This can increase your overall financial burden, so it’s important to budget carefully for those additional costs.
Customer Reviews:
The condo is beautiful
I rented a Blueground condo in Denver for several months and it has been seamless, customer service is great, and the condo is beautiful and well appointed. They think of all the small details. Pet friendly too which is a blessing.
Highly recommend!

5. ShortTermHousing.com

Website: shorttermhousing.com
Address: 4600 S Syracuse, 9th Floor
Contact: (866) 285-0993
Hours: Available 24/7
ShortTermHousing.com makes life easier by bundling your rent and utilities into a single monthly payment.
When you stay in one of their rentals, you can forget about the headaches of property maintenance or upkeep. Everything is handled for you, and their extensive inventory gives you plenty of options.
Since their headquarters is in the Denver Tech Center, they know the local neighborhoods better than most. They specialize in helping government employees and healthcare staff find the right units for their specific needs.
Unfortunately, they do require a minimum lease of thirty days. This means you can’t use their service for a quick weekend getaway.
Plus, the total cost is much higher than what you would pay for a local sublet. It’s a premium service designed for those who want a completely move-in-ready experience without any extra stress.
