When we looked for a workspace last fall, we rented a day office and loved the simple entry system. The facility provides fast internet and printing tools to keep your work moving.
You can also enjoy free drinks from the kitchen area.
Just remember that the support staff only works during normal weekday hours. If you often work late at night or on the weekends, you’ll need to handle things without on-site help.
Still, this spot remains a great choice for those who want a simple and secure office.

Not only are the offices clean, well-maintained, open, and airy, but Zach at the front desk is working hard to create a community here. On top of that, the building has cozy lounges for meeting people and special areas for fitness or meditation.
However, you should know that basic members have limited access to the space outside of normal weekday hours.
Also, if you have a very large printing project, you might need to find a specialized printing service in Denver to handle complex orders.

If you want to keep your team motivated, the look of your office really matters. Candy Factory does a great job of mixing old building charm with all the modern tools you need.
It’s located right in the middle of downtown and uses brick walls and natural light to create a very inspiring mood.
We recently used one of their meeting rooms for a client pitch, and the presentation tech worked perfectly. You also get nice perks like a safe place to keep your bike and free coffee all day.
Just keep in mind that the open areas can get a bit loud in the afternoons. Because of the noise, we recommend booking a phone booth early if you need to make a private call.
The space is beautiful
I would highly recommend considering Candy Factory Coworking for your workspace needs in downtown Denver. The location is ideal (right next to 16th Street and the Arts Complex) and the space is beautiful. I needed a space to take a meeting and the friendly staff gave me a spacious conference room to use for the hour. Definitely check it out if you need someplace quiet and clean but with personality.

Being part of a busy city can really help your productivity. Venture X offers a very professional workspace right on the 16th Street Mall. This is a wonderful spot to take a break and look at the mountains.
Members get to enjoy great views of the city and a lively community that is perfect for new business owners. The office even has a balcony that wraps around the building.
Inside, your team can hang out in the café or use high-tech rooms for big meetings.
However, since the office is in a busy downtown area, driving and finding parking can be a bit difficult during rush hour. You should plan for extra travel time if you drive your own car to work every day.
The areas are clean and organized
We’ve been tenants for over a year now and have no intentions of leaving! Kai, the office manager, actually cares about the space and makes sure the coffee is always hot, the areas are clean and organized, and everyone has everything they need. 5/5 recommend if you’re a small or growing company in downtown Denver who wants an amazing location in the city.
