The only drawback is that she gets booked up very quickly, especially during graduation season, so planning ahead is almost required. She also mainly focuses on individual sessions rather than group or corporate shoots.

I also liked that you can see your photos instantly during the session, which makes choosing the right shot much easier. Their studio setup is very controlled, so lighting and quality stay consistent.
The downside is that they don’t really focus on outdoor or lifestyle photography, and they’re not the best option for weddings or big events.

From the Hip is beyond spectacular. Not only are they Colorado’s best, but are the best nationally. They have shot for me in Miami, NYC, and of course Denver and are just beyond accommodating to whatever needs and wants you may have. You get the best quality for a great price.
