Another aspect worth highlighting is their “Room Visualizer” tool. This tech allows clients to see exactly how a grey oak plank would look in my kitchen before even talking to a salesperson, which greatly helps the decision-making process.
It also helps that that they’re part of a massive cooperative, giving them the buying power to keep prices competitive while maintaining a local feel.
