Hosting a memorable gathering becomes much easier with a private in-home culinary instruction service that brings all ingredients and equipment directly to your kitchen.
You get to learn advanced techniques and prepare flavor-packed meals without stepping out your front door.
Led by professional chef and owner Sarah Daulton, this personalized service is ideal for intimate social groups and aspiring home cooks who prefer a familiar environment.
I appreciate how smoothly the classes accommodate different dietary needs, including strict gluten-free and dairy-free requirements.
The instructors are also fully vetted with background checks and food safety certifications to give you total peace of mind.
One notable downside is their strict cancellation policy, which incurs rescheduling fees for in-home bookings changed within 48 hours.
She organized a fabulous Thai cooking class
Chef Sarah and her team are amazing! She organized a fabulous Thai cooking class chock full of delicious recipes and unique ingredients. She was super organized, brought everything needed for the class, showed up on time, called and chatted with me about details, and was totally on her game. After the class she sent all of the great recipes and lots of fun pictures. I highly recommend Denver Cooking Classes! You can’t go wrong!

Had an awesome in-home Indian cooking class with Joel and Sarah
Had an awesome in-home Indian cooking class with Joel and Sarah. First time we ever tried making Indian food and they made it ridiculously easy and fun. They showed up right on time, brought every ingredient we needed, and kept the whole experience super engaging. Learned a ton, ate even more, and honestly had a blast. Highly recommend if you want a great at-home cooking experience without any hassle. Just great people.

Cooking classes at Stir Cooking School – Downtown feels more engaging because the hands-on culinary instruction is paired with an in-house bar serving house-made cocktails and local beverages.
The setting works especially well for couples looking for a lively date night or are tired of just exploring restaurants in Denver.
During a recent pasta-making session, the intimate layout made it easy to interact directly with the chefs and follow along without feeling lost.
The instructors also do a strong job of introducing unfamiliar ingredients and professional techniques without making the process intimidating.
What’s even better is you can sip a bright, zesty craft beverage while rolling fresh, pillowy pasta alongside other culinary enthusiasts.
One limitation is that the venue integrates alcohol service into the experience, so children are not permitted in these sessions.
The chef teaching us was attentive throughout
We booked a cooking class with Stir as a corporate group activity and it was lovely! The chef teaching us was attentive throughout and gave us a bunch of good tips, and the bartender kept the drinks flowing. Everyone had a lovely time – we’d definitely go back. It was really easy to find the suite as soon as you walked into the ice house building, and staff welcomed you on entry.
