Couldn’t Tell It Was Vegan
We had an all vegan wedding and we were looking for places that could do a vegan dessert bar and wedding cake and this was the perfect bakery! The cupcakes and cakes were super moist and flavorful and the brownies and cookies were some of the best we’ve ever had! Everyone said that they couldn’t tell it was vegan and that everything was delicious. My husband ended up getting my birthday cake a month later here as well! We we definitely continue coming here for anytime we need some sweets 🍰

Incredible Quality

Finding moist, classic cupcakes made from scratch, without any pre-made mixes, really does make a noticeable difference in flavor.
I recently needed a quick turnaround for a spontaneous party and was able to place a fresh order at Happy Bakeshop with just one business day’s notice.
It’s also great how they make a real effort to accommodate different needs with vegan and allergen-friendly baked goods.
I’m also a fan of their complimentary sampler box for engaged couples, since it lets you test up to six unique flavor combinations before committing to a wedding order.
The only real downside is the small shared kitchen. They can’t guarantee a sterile environment, so anyone with a life-threatening peanut allergy should avoid the baked goods entirely.
Shop Smelled Amazing
Happened to walk by during their $2 cupcake special. The shop smelled amazing. Our group picked out 8 cupcakes, and there were still so many others we wanted to try and didn’t have room for! The cupcakes were moist for days, balanced between dense and bouncy, and had the perfect ratio of frosting (not too sweet!) and dough.
We tried a couple of the GF cupcakes and they were also amazing.

I ordered a cake and cupcakes for a 40th birthday party and they turned out better than what I imagined! They were a huge hit with all of the guests. Perfect For The Occasion
Found this location because a friend leaving our office is gluten free and I was able to find Cake Crumbs Bakery & Cafe who offers gluten free cakes. I wasn’t able to get a gluten free cake because those are only available upon request in advance but I they had gluten free cupcakes available and they were delicious! At $4 each they were perfect for the occasion. So glad I found this bakery and plan to visit again. Thanks Cake Crumbs!

Fantastic Flavor Plus
They made the best cupcakes and cake I have ever had (and this is coming from a person who loves to bake and has very high standards for baked goods)! I was looking for a bakery to make cupcakes for my daughter’s wedding. We are from Wisconsin so we went with someone’s recommendation. Dianna was accommodating, friendly and made it easy to order being that we were out of state! My daughter picked 4 flavors (4 dozen), Wedding Day, Lemon, Funfetti, NY Cheesecake. All cupcakes were large size, moist and delicious!! Everyone at the wedding complimented on how amazing they tasted and how beautiful they looked as well!! Highly recommend! If we are ever back in Denver, we will be back. Thank you!!
